Prepare for a New Year

I'm making traditional New Year's food Osechi!

Kuro-mame (black soybeans)
Kohaku-namasu (Red And White Salad)
Tazukuri (teriyaki small dried sardines)
Kuri-kinton (sweet potato and chestnut)
Kinpira (fried burdock root)
Nishime
Chicken ham

will do
Datemaki(sweet omlet)
